Spicy Turkey Sandwiches
- 1 to 11/2 lbs of sliced deli turkey, depending on how protein-packed you want your sandwiches to be
- 6 buns, split (we prefer hoagie rolls or whole wheat buns)
- 6 tbsp. mayonnaise (low-fat also works)
- 12 lettuce leaves
- Fresh cilantro leaves to taste
- Spicy peppers to taste, thinly sliced (a Habañero pepper works for those who can handle their spice—Jalapeño peppers are great for a more manageable heat level)
Directions
Air-Fried Ham and Brie Puff Pastry
Source
- 1 full sheet of frozen puff pastry (pre-made, store-bought), thawed
- 4 slices of deli ham, cut into fours
- 8 oz. Brie cheese, cut into sixteenths (you can also go with a larger or smaller portion of cheese depending on how cheesy you want your pastries to be)
- 1/3 cup of apricot preserves
- Prep your air fryer by preheating it to 350°F.
- Meanwhile, unfold your puff pastry on a surface dusted lightly with flour to avoid sticking.
- Roll the puff pastry into a square roughly 12x12 inches. Cut the puff pastry sheet into 16 equal squares—around 3 inches each.
- For each square, spoon in 1 tsp. of apricot preserves. Take your ham and rest it on top of the preserves. Lastly, take your Brie cheese and place one square piece on each. Fold up the edges of the puff pastry to create little packages, lightly pressing
down on each edge to ensure it's sealed shut.
- Once they're all sealed up, place them in a single layer on a greased tray.
- Put the tray carefully into your preheated air fryer and set the timer for 12 to 16 minutes, depending on your desired level of crispiness.
- Once they've finished cooking, take them out and let each one cool down for a few minutes before serving. Spoon in some extra apricot preserves for a sweet and savory finish
Beef Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. Buddig Original Beef, chopped finely
- 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed, chopped, and drained
- 61/2 oz. garlic-herb cream cheese
- 1 cup smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped finely
- 2 tubes (around 8 oz per tube) of crescent rolls
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Take a large bowl and mix your chopped roast beef, spinach, cream cheese, Gouda cheese, and red onion until blended evenly.
- On a clean surface lightly dusted with flour, unroll each tube of crescent rolls into a long rectangle.
- Take the blended roast beef mixture and spread it onto the crescent roll dough. Carefully roll up the dough into a log, lightly pressing down on each end to seal it in.
- Use a serrated knife to cut the log into 24 slices, roughly 1/2 inch thick.
- Place the logs on baking sheets lined with parchment paper, cut side down, and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until golden brown. Let them cool a bit then serve warm
Easy Deli Meat Wrap
- 1 flour tortilla, 10 inches wide
- 4 slices roast beef (or any other deli meat you have laying around一feel free to combine different meats!)
- 1/2 cup of cheese (an equal blend of Cheddar and Monterey Jack works best, in our experience)
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp. salad dressing, your choice (we like Italian-style or ranch)
- 3-4 black olives (optional)
- Place the tortilla on a flat surface and spread the cheese evenly over it.
- Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, olives (if using), and deli meat slices.
- Spread salad dressing over the ingredients, then roll up the tortilla tightly into a log shape.
- Using a serrated knife, cut into 1/2-inch thick rounds and serve with your favorite dipping sauce
Buddig Pickle Roll-Ups
- Take out the cheese from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
- Lay out the Buddig slices on a flat surface and spread an even layer of cream cheese over each slice.
- Pat down your pickles to get rid of excess liquid then place one pickle at the end of each Buddig slice.
- Wrap the Buddig slices around the upper part of each pickle, making sure that the cream cheese seals in the pickle.
- Slice the wrapped pickles into small pieces (roughly 1/3 to 1/2 inch) and serve.
