- 12 round crackers
- 6 1-inch green onion pieces, sliced in quarters, lengthwise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard

DIRECTIONS:
- Start by cutting the ham slices. Place a piece of Buddig ham onto a cutting board. and use a round cookie cutter or the rim of a glass that’s about the same size as your crackers to cut them. Press the glass rim firmly into the ham to create a perfect little circle.
- Next, spread a bit of mustard on each of your crackers.
- Then, place your cut ham on top of a cracker and repeat the process with the rest of your ham pieces.
- Now cut your cheese slices into adorable shapes or characters using your cookie cutters. Let your kids help in cutting the cheese slices for an extra dose of fun!

- 12 thin slices Buddig Original Beef
- 175 grams mild Cheddar cheese, finely grated
- 115 grams all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 25 grams butter, melted
- 200 ml whole milk
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat that oven to a toasty 400°F.
- Grab a shallow ovenproof dish and lightly grease it with some oil.
- Now, sift your flour and salt into a bowl. Add in the egg and melted butter, and gradually whisk in the milk to form a smooth batter. Set that batter aside for 30 minutes.
- When the 30 minutes are done, brush a small frying pan with a little oil. Spoon in 3 tbsp of batter, tilt that pan back and forth to coat the bottom, and let it cook until lightly golden. Flip it over and cook for another minute, then place it on a wire rack lined with parchment paper. Keep going until you have a stack of 12 mouth-watering pancakes, with parchment paper in between each of them.
