Pita Sandwich
Ingredients
12 oz. Buddig Original Ham (6 packages, 2 oz. each)
1 oz. Dijon mustard
1 oz. sweet BBQ sauce
2 pita breads
4 leaves lettuce
2 oz. roasted red peppers
2 oz. bread and butter pickles
4 slices muenster cheese

Directions:
Heat oven broiler to high.
Mix mustard and BBQ sauce together and spread from center of pita to one inch from edge.
Place lettuce on pita, covering as much surface as possible; add roasted red peppers and pickles on top of lettuce.
Top with Buddig Ham; layer to edge of pita.
Add cheese on top of ham and place pita under broiler for approximately one minute until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from broiler, fold and eat.
